Kerala Education Council invites experienced Montessori and Pre-Primary educators to join our faculty as trainers. If you have classroom experience and a passion for training teachers, submit your application below. Our academic team will review your profile and contact shortlisted candidates for an interview.

Trainer roles at Kerala Education Council cover theory classes, practical Montessori sessions and album guidance. You can teach at our Kozhikode centre or at partner centres across Kerala, and holiday-batch trainers are also welcome.
Faculty members follow the council syllabus and assessment pattern, maintain attendance records, and evaluate trainee albums and practical examinations fairly and consistently.
Once your application is approved you will receive the batch schedule and teaching materials. Freshers with strong Montessori training may also join as assistant trainers.
