Information we collect
- Details you submit through the online registration form: name, date of birth, gender, phone number, email address, postal address, educational qualification, course selected and a passport-size photograph.
- Fee payment references and the application or receipt number generated when you register.
- Messages you send through the contact form, by email or by phone.
- Basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, which our hosting and security tools record automatically.
Why we use it
- To process your application, confirm your eligibility for the course you selected and prepare your admission record.
- To contact you about batch dates, practical workshops, examinations and certificate issue.
- To issue and verify certificates, including checks requested by accreditation bodies.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Your photograph is used to identify you on your application and certificate records. We do not publish your photograph or personal details on this website without your permission.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the accreditation and certification bodies that verify our courses, with the service providers that host this website and send our email, and where the law requires us to disclose it.
How long we keep it
We keep application records while you are enrolled and afterwards for as long as is needed to verify the certificate we issued. Records that are no longer needed are deleted.
Cookies and third-party tools
This website uses cookies that are needed for it to work, for example to keep you signed in or to remember a form you have started. We also use tools such as Google Site Kit for basic traffic statistics and HubSpot for enquiry forms. These tools may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may then stop working.
Your choices
